We are currently seeking qualified Maintenance Trades to join Australia's largest food and meat manufacturing company in Melbourne's West. If you enjoy fault-finding, working on heavy industrial gear, and taking pride in keeping a plant running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

The Roles

1. Maintenance Electricians (2x Roles)

  • Electrical breakdown response, fault-finding, and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot automated plant equipment, PLCs, VSDs, motors, and packaging lines
  • Hours: 1:20 pm – 9:15 pm (Afternoon Shift)
  • Pay: Up to $53.25/hr
2. Maintenance Plumber (1x Role)

  • Industrial plumbing, drainage, and plant utility pipework maintenance
  • Diagnostics, leak repairs, and preventive servicing across site assets
  • Hours: 1:20 pm – 9:15 pm (Afternoon Shift)
  • Pay: Up to $53.25/hr
3. Maintenance Fitters (2x Roles)

  • Removal, overhaul, repair, and installation of pumps, valves, and gearboxes
  • Strip, survey, repair, and test mechanical items using drawings and work instructions
  • Hours & Pay:

    • Day Shift (1x Role): 5:00 am – 1:56 pm | Up to $44/hr
    • Night Shift (1x Role): 9:15 pm – 5:00 am | Up to $55/hr

What You Need


  • Trade Qualified: A-Class Electrical Licence, Plumbing Licence, or Cert III Engineering (Mechanical / Fitting)
  • Induction for Construction Work (White Card)
  • Recent maintenance experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
